nofallback command for ini?

anyone know what the command to do the nofallback thing in the newest client? I'm at my frineds house and I believe its falling back when my computer is offline(dads still doing renovations..).. any help is appreciated.

nofallback prevents the client from connecting to dnet when the pproxy is unreachable.
And it's not a new option.
