I have a project that I want to build that will have a web service/web site associated with it. Traditionally, I'm a ColdFusion and PHP developer with either MS SQL or MySQL. I've been reading a bit about Node.js and I believe this is much closer to the future of web services than either ColdFusion or PHP.
Does anyone have a link to a good site or book (Kindle would be nice and I don't mind paying) to get started? I am subscribed to pluralsight, but their website is absolutely aweful now and the guy who does most of their node.js videos has the most annoying voice I've ever heard.
It seems like Angular and Express are the way to go as far as starter frameworks, so stuff specific to those would be nice.
Thanks in advance.
