NOD32 Problems

I installed the trail version of NOD32, & after restarting, I noticed my LAN wasn't working. I checked the firewall & it mentioned something about ip addresses or something, but after uninstalling NOD32, my LAN worked fine. (It also worked fine before installing NOD32)
Ideas? Suggestions?
