NOD32 blocked a telemetry attempt from Firefox

oh my, hmm bitdefender didn't give me anything like that.. I also unchecked those 3 options
probably because Bitdefender's HTTP scanning is not as aggressive as NOD32.

Like when I try to install Shark 007 Codecs, the moment I launch the setup NOD32 blocks a few connection attempts to the malware sites the developer has bundled into it.

That's odd. Although this was a kind of FP (the IP address was previously blocked due to PUAs) and it's already been unblocked, I thought it'd recently been blocked only for those who had telemetry enabled. On the other hand, the connection attempts don't necessarily mean that some collected data would have actually been submitted despite having telemetry disabled.


This is what I love about NOD32, even though it's just an AV, but it blocks harmful connection attempts that I never felt the need to install a separate AV other than the built in Windows Firewall!
