I figured I would post here before I try their tech support.

Anyway, sometimes when doing an 'in depth analysis' I get messages in the log that says files are locked,

ex: C:\hiberfil.sys - error opening (File locked) [4].

or other files that are locked.

Is there a way to run this scan before the windows explorer is launched (I know ad-aware can do it, and it does it rather simply) ?

You can use BARTS PE live windows file system to do this. Google is your friend.

Or you could just go to the control panel - turn off hibernation - scan - turn it back on.
