I need to reseat my Arctic Cooling II AIO pump, so I thought I'd try Noctua's newest TIM. (Their first gen product was hella good)
So, put it in the cart at Amazon...only to get this:
"This item cannot be delivered to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location."
WTF? Amazon couldn't tell me why...so, I contacted Noctua.

We unfortunately cannot ship products that have the cleaning wipes included to the state of Washington, as there has been an update in regulations regarding information on the packaging.
We hope to be able to ship these products again in a few weeks."
So, I either wait...or go with a different product. (there are great alternatives available, it just sucks that some stupid state regulation takes away my first choice)
