First, i'm new on this forum and sorry for my bad english (french...D
So my question is quite simple, which is the best cooler between the Noctua NH-U9B SE2 and the Zalman CNPS 9700.
I'm wondering what would be the best since i got both at home and i'm going to OC an x4 965. Does the 9700 fit on the Gigabyte 870A-UD3 ?
Also, i must say that a silent PC is quite important in my case.
