Noctua NH-U12S in an Antec P180 -- Will it fit?

I would like to put a new build (Asus X-99A) in an old, but good, case. Will a Noctua NH-U12S at 158mm tall fit in an Antec P180 case? (I really don't want to pull apart the old build to measure until I have all the parts for the new build.)

Do you have a metal ruler with precise metric divisions? [Inches are fine, too.] Measure from the motherboard PCB to the case-frame where the left side-panel mounts. Subtract 1/4" for the distance between PCB and processor cap. Compare to the height spec for the cooler.

You really don't have to pull anything apart to make that measurement, though. Just make sure the computer is turned off when using a metal ruler; find a spot on the mobo that is bare PCB; find a line of sight with the edge of the case frame.

Probably. The P180 has the same width as the p183v3 which IS compatible with the NH-U12S. You should, as BonzaiDuck suggested, measure it before you buy it.
