Noctua NH-D14 - will it fit?

the Noctua's tower is 158mm tall -- if you've already got your motherboard and CPU, measure from the CPU surface to a best guestimate of where the inside surface of the case's side panel will be.

That was how I did it, anyway. I ended up only having a margin of error of a couple of mm, but the Silver Arrow fit inside the 690.
