Noctua NH-D14 Memory Clearance Question

I have a build going in preparation for Ivy Bridge. I have everything except for the CPU and Heatsink built, and I'm about to pull the trigger on a D14.

Question, I have the GA-Z77X-UD5H Board, with CORSAIR Vengeance 2133, all in a Corsair 500r case.

Will I have any issues with the D14 in my build based on the video and description of my components? I've heard this thing is huge and don't want to go through the hassle of an RMA.
 
Vengeance = 52.5mm?

Under the actual heatsink you only have space for 44mm
if you raise the fan for the NH-D14 you can fit 3 pieces of ram. Possibly a 4th. (link)
