Noctua NH-D14 heatsink/fan: will it fit?

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting the Noctua NH-D14 heatsink/fan. Will it fit this micro-ATX motherboard?

http://www.supermicro.com/xeon_3400/Motherboard/X8SIL.cfm?IPMI=Y

The listed dimensions of the Noctua are roughly 5.5" x 5.25", while the motherboard is about 9.6" x 9.6". From the layout it looks like it will certainly overlap with RAM (which shouldn't be a problem as long as I have RAM without tall heatsinks), I'm mainly wondering whether it'll interfere with cards in the PCI-express slots.

In addition, I'd like to put it in this case:

The specs for this case say it can accommodate CPU coolers up to a height of 165 mm, while the heatsink/fan height is listed at 160 mm, just wondering whether it's cutting it too close here as well.

Finally, any suggested orientation for mounting the heatsink/fan? I believe it can be mounted to blow to the back panel, or to the bottom.

Thanks for any help!

make things short... yes... unless the case has its own set mounting holes meant for super micro cases.

and Yes, that case should take that sink with no problems.

The fan should push air into the sink out the rear exhaust fan.
