Hi,
I'm thinking of getting the Noctua NH-D14 heatsink/fan. Will it fit this micro-ATX motherboard?
http://www.supermicro.com/xeon_3400/Motherboard/X8SIL.cfm?IPMI=Y
The listed dimensions of the Noctua are roughly 5.5" x 5.25", while the motherboard is about 9.6" x 9.6". From the layout it looks like it will certainly overlap with RAM (which shouldn't be a problem as long as I have RAM without tall heatsinks), I'm mainly wondering whether it'll interfere with cards in the PCI-express slots.
In addition, I'd like to put it in this case:

The specs for this case say it can accommodate CPU coolers up to a height of 165 mm, while the heatsink/fan height is listed at 160 mm, just wondering whether it's cutting it too close here as well.
Finally, any suggested orientation for mounting the heatsink/fan? I believe it can be mounted to blow to the back panel, or to the bottom.
Thanks for any help!
