Noctua NH-D14 fan clip makes contact with 260 gtx

Is this a problem or is it ok?

I saw someone saying they were concern about a short or something... basically the metal fan clip from the noctura is making physical contact with the casing for the 260 GTX and before I turn this thing on I'd like to know if I'm running any risks by doing this.

Does the clip touch bare PCB, or just a plastic backcover? If the former, yes it's a problem. Vibration over time with undoubtedly short something.

No, just the plastic backcover. I'll take a pic tonight and upload just to cover my bases.
