Hi, in practice, which of these two fans is less noisy yet be able to provide more airflow? Currently I have four Silentwings 3 on my case. Not sure if I should replace all of them by the NF-A15 HS-PWM. Also, are there any good looking RGB fans that do better than these two fans?

There's really no need to replace one high-end fan with another.

And generally RGB fans are all about the pretty lights, and I've yet to see any that compete with Noctua or Be Quiet fans on the balance of noise and performance. Although you could always get a RGB PWM fan, and run it at lower RPMs to reduce the noise.

There is going to be minimal difference between those two fans. The Noctua NF-A14 ULN claims to go near silent but I'm not sure if it will actually be quieter than the Silentwing 3 at 800 RPM. Every 140mm RGB fan will be louder than what you got but you can always add something like these Phantek Halos to your current fans.

Thanks for the info. Besides RAM modules and fans, what other RGB components are available to make the PC pretty? Can we add some kind of LED matrix/LCD panel to show different color patterns?

Is it worth to add a second fan to the NH-D15S if it can reduce the temp by 1-4c at full load? Is such amount of temperature reduction significant for the i9-9900K CPU?
