A Akantus Member Apr 13, 2011 80 0 0 Aug 11, 2012 #4 If I had to guess, NT-H1 which is included with Noctua heatsinks. Nothing like IC Diamond, but very solid performer. And temps look fine. IB is rated up to 105°C, so anything around 90°C in IBT MAX is still well within safe limits. Last edited: Aug 11, 2012
