I thought a lot of you were looking forward to it but nobody here has mentioned that the PC demo is out now.

I just noticed that the demo was out... Downloading it now.

I played the PS2 demo, and it rocks.

Might pick it up today for the PS2, not sure. I am returning a game, not sure if I want to get NFS:HP2 or just take store credit and get GTA:Vice City when it comes out.

Been renting it for PS2 - this game rocks. If it's good for PC, I'll have to pick it up with a good racing wheel.

Been playing on PS2. The physics are a bit arcade like but otherwise it's pretty fun.

Actually there is an "extreme" handling mode. I have yet to bother toggling that on, so ignore my above comment.

Well, I get the typical jaggies that shows up on the PS2, plus framerate slowdowns in heavy populated areas. Considering its for the PC, it *should* look better with more decent frame rates. I'm wondering if the feel of speed is the same, better, or worse though. Should look sharp on a PC with 1280*1024 and above res though

i'm getting 7.8 from utah. At least i can get through to utah now....
