I used to really love the arrangement I had with my roommate... I work from 4 pm to 12 am and he works from 12 am to 8 am, so it was basically like we each had our own apartment, since the other roommate would either be asleep or at work while the other was around.

but then my roommate's girlfriend moved in and that pretty much wrecked it, since she's in the apartment 24/7.

I asked them to move out, though, so the apartment will be all mine again by the end of May. muhaha. 🙂

Come to find out he has probably the best job ever and as a result he is quite possibly the best roomate ever.

his job: He sells adspace for a Xtreme magazine ( you can google) its basiclly a publication that advertises strip clubs and escort agencies and the like. Part of his job is to drop in @ strip clubs and take pictures of the girls. Needless to say all his friends are strippers and strip club owners.

saturday night we went upstate ny hit up a couple clubs...I sat around and drank for free, flirted with strippers and watched on as they posed on the couch next to me while my roomate took their pictures.

a fun saturday night indeed. I'm looking forward to more adventures like this one.

Really sounds like "the best job ever"... Is that why he can only afford to live in one of your spare rooms?
And you think renting out rooms in your house is also a good way to provide some company for yourself? Sounds like a great way to get a psychopath or two living in your house. Ever consider the possibility that these "tenants" might not be moving in to be your new pal(s)?
 
I think the only thing better would be if your roommate was a female stripper whom had lots of female stripper friends!
 
Best roommate ever looks like she just stepped off the centerfold page of Playboy. She svcks you and fvcks you and at midnight turns into a sixpack and a pizza. Next day - repeat.

no way.......strippers are cool to hang out with and have around until about 7 am when they begin come down off there high and look like ****** and start going into pyschotic emotional swings.

this is the best job ever for someone in his twenties. He's making very good money but unfortunately he just got out of a 3 year relationship which resulted in him selling to his ex the condo they owned and the business they ran....so basically he's starting from scratch again after having been well established for some time.

And not everyone is a "psychopath" I've had 4 roomates now and all have been very pleasant to live with. And to be honest as long as they pay the bills on time and dont step on my toes I don't care why they moved in.


you are a negative person where do you come up with this stuff?
