No writing device?!? Should be 3?!? HELP!!!

OK, so I put Nero 9 on my machine, I forget why. When I tried to use DeepBurner it says I have no writing drives! So I try to uninstall Nero, but Nero decided it would rather not so it didn't come off cleanly. So I still can't find burning drives with DeepBurner. I know they work because last Windows 7 install I used them but now no dice?!?

I really got to get this fixed, but hopefully short of re-installing Windows for the third time this week? This is becoming reminiscent of my old Win98 horror stories! It's really mission critical because I have to dupe a bunch of CDs someone hired me to do. The first 50 went easy, only one coaster. Since then I got a new motherboard and now this. Please anyone with any hint will be appreciated? Thanks in advance!
 
Yeah, I was, but here's what turned out to solve it at least for now; In order to get DeepBurner and DeepBurner Pro (I use both so I can burn two at a time), to see my burners I have to set the BIOS for Enhanced IDE, using the AHCI setting is when it doesn't detect the burners. I would still like to find a way to fix this, but at least for now I have things working and I can finish up the job.
