i transplanted my system to a larger case. the cpu and case fan stopped working. i have reset the bios. i tried different fans.
i can run the cpu at default but can't oc.

any solution besides changing mobo?
 
Check the riser on the case (could be short). Fan stop working & ur mobo POST ? What PSU on the mobo (voltage) ?
 
"cpu and case fan stopped working" Is just the CPU fan plugged into the motherboard? Or is the case fan pluged into the powersupply?
 
its on the motherboard. i chnaged cases and power supply. the newer case only has a powerswictch connector, if that makes any difference.

went from a 933mhz to 868. the hsf is vantec.
