No word from TA regarding Thesis Proposal

I have this speech class that meets every wednesday night from 6-8. This past wednesday we got our next speech assignment, of which the full outline is due tonight at 6PM CST. However, before we can turn that in, we need our thesis to get approved by him. We do this by emailing it to him, and getting an "APPROVED" or "UNAPPROVED" email back from him. I was very busy this week and was unable to get to the speech until yesterday afternoon, when I emailed him my thesis proposal. The day had gone on and I had yet to get a response from him. He is usually very quick on the email returns, so I found this quite odd. I had to go home this weekend on family business, and am headed back to school today in a few hours. I went ahead and started my outline last night, and got a little over half of it done. However if he decided to deny my thesis, I am screwed as I will only have a few hours to do an entire new one. Is it out of line to email him back asking for more time? I don't know what else I can do, I am aware it is my fault I put this off, however this was the only homework I did not have due before the end of the week, so it was not as high on my priorities list 🙁

Tee hee. I got my thesis of "How to wash your hands" easily approved.

Obviously the best thing to do would be to post on here asking 😉

Post inspired from earlier matrix thread

Why don't you email him and ask for an "APPROVED" or "UNAPPROVED" reply instead of asking for more time? If your thesis is approved, you won't need more time.
