Thats a video I recorded of when the problem started happening.

A restart fixes it, till it happens again. But any one have any idea wtf is happening?

I am using W7 on Wifi.

I had something like this happen to me when I was using comodo. I never did fix it since it was right about the time I went to Win7.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be Adobe's mis-implementation of the Bonjour service (installs with any CS3 application) disabling it got things back to normal. It also involved a dll by the name of mDNSresponder that I had to delete. It could also be an issue with your DNS. Its possible that your IM clients, etc. are made to use specific IP's while your browsers need DNS to get there. Can you navigate by using IP's in the address bar?

try one of google's http://208.69.32.230
If that works its likely a DNS issue

MDNSResponder also installs with iTunes. I've seen it cause connection issues with VPN clients, etc.
