Well, let's discuss the issue.

I don't believe anything like that could happen, unless the 16y.o. was frailer than an 87 y.o.

This thing reeks of falacy. Maybe the kid was trying to rip the codger off, but got caught, and turned the tables on the old man. I really can't believe this is even remotely likely.....but time will tell, as the courts do their thing. :Q
