PC is clearly passing POST, because it gets to the point where it checks CD drives, etc.
I did get it to give video signal ONE time, but I think it froze - I'm not sure.
Tried baking it, still powers up - but no video signal.
I have tried different RAM.
I have tried a different PSU.
I have tried a different VIDEO CARD.
I have tested the MONITOR.
I have taken it out of the case to be sure it's not shorting out.
I have baked the mobo.
What is wrong!? PCI-E slot bad? Mobo bad? .... FYI, it was working a few days ago.. changed out some parts, now it's not.
