A week or two ago, my PC just shut down. And wouldn't boot back up. Video and audio just cut out. This had happened a few times in the summer, but this time it wouldn't come back to life
Anyway I opened up the case and to my surprise a capacitor was hanging off/fell off the video card (Radeon 9600 Pro)!
Eeps, so I RMA'd the card and got a new one. Plug it in, and ... still no video. RMA again - STILL no video, so I assume now it's not the card. In the meantime I have a Radeon 7000 in the AGP slot and it's working fine....
Motherboard is Asus A7N8X-Deluxe,
AMD 2500+ Barton
512 of ram.
Why can't I see anything?
