I just put together a new pc and I cant get the video to work. This is my first time dealing with a pci express video card. Is there anything special I need to due to, or should I assume either the motherboard or video card is bad? I tried different monitors and had the same problem.The video card is getting power, I can see the fan spinning.

Motherboard - MSI K8N-Neo4
Video Card - ATI All in Wonder X600Pro 256 PCIE
