No video output

After changing my mobo CPU and PSU i am not getting any video output.

The problem originally was that my DQ6 wasn't booting. It would boot for 2 seconds turn off, then boot for 10 seconds and turn off. I replaced the mobo with a DS3R and it doesnt turn off but wasn't displaying any video output. I tried an old processor that definitely works and it was doing the same thing. I tried a new PSU, same issue. I am going to try a new video card tonight, then different memory.

Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

Did you do a fresh install after changing motherboard & cpu?
If not, what hardware did you change from?

No, but that shouldn't matter...

It won't boot to bios..

The stuff i had was x1900xt Gigabyte DQ6 and Corsair 620HX.

I changed to Antec 850 Quattro, Gigabyte DS3R.

I gotta do some testing tonight with a new videocard and memory... i doubt it is the memory though.
