No Video on Recent Build

Built a system last week for a friend. Using an Intel 865G BOXD865GBFL mobo and a P4 2.4 533FSB cpu. Setup using the built in graphics(office pc only) and it worked fine till last night. The lady told me that the machine started fine with sound and everything appears to work fine. But, there is no video to the monitor. I tried another monitor and even put in an old PCI graphics card and still no video. I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas before I get an RMA? Thanks for your help.

No video to the monitor at all. No CMOS settings, nothing. PC boots fully because I can hear the WindowsXP startup sound.

Not an easy thing to do. Would have to dis-assemble the one I'm typing on. Think I'd rather just RMA instead. 🙁 The whole situation just blows my mind.
