No video, no beeps

Old FX5950 died. My MSI NEO K8T gave the bad news via 8 beeps letting me know that there was no longer any video detected. Computer has sat dormant for a little while.
Bought a new 6200 to throw in it. Put it in, no beeps, but no video. I tried pulling an re-inserting the card. Also tried using the DVI side as well as the VGA side. No dice. Also swapped an old MX 200 out of older rig that I just had running two days ago, likewise, no video.
Did I ruin my mobo somehow?

MSI Neo K8T
512MB DDR200 (or maybe 400, can't remember)
Athalon 2.0Ghz
IN WIN 300W PSU

All fans spin, all lights on peripheral drives light. What else should I try? I'm going to go plug in the older rig I had working to see if by chance, the monitor went dead in the past few days. Will check back shortly.

EDIT: Plugged in old rig, monitor works fine. Fired up problem rig without video card, did not give me any beeps.

That would usually indicate bad board or CPU. Try removing the RAM too. Also, you have the 4-pin +12v plugged in? Reseat the CPU.

Here's the card I bought: EVGA6200. Unless I'm missing something, there's no where to plug a 4-pin connector on it.

Zap is talking exclusively about your mobo, not the video card.

When removing the RAM: if no beeps on boot, the mobo is likely fried. A simple pre-test is booting without an attached keyboard, that should also STOP and beep.
 
Thanks all! I re-seated the power connections and the RAM and everything fired right up!
