No Video and No Beeps

Hi all, I am currently trying to fix a computer that has a serious boot problem. As the title suggests nothing happens. When I hit the power button everything seems to be running just fine. All the fans and lights are enabled. I'm just not getting any video output on the monitor and the board isn't giving me any feedback on whats going on. Not even a single beep. Another odd thing that I notice is that the HDD LED light is solid and never goes off. The following is a list of things that I've already tried to no avail:

-Swapped Video Card with another.
-Used a different monitor.
-Used a different DVI-VGA adapter.
-Used another VGA cable.
-Tried to use one stick and swapped with the other stick and even tried NO sticks and still no beeps.
-Try to swap sticks on the second ram slot.
-Disconnect HDD power and SATA cable to see if that fixes the HDD LED solid problem, even with no cables attached to the HDD the light is still bright solid.
-Reset CMOS
-Disconnected all devices from the motherboard and there are still no beeps whatsoever. :(
-Purchased a brand new Corsair PSU.

Any help is appreciated on this. The following are the specs of the PC that I'm having trouble with, since its been so long I pretty much forgot exactly what I have, so I could be wrong on some of these:

-Athlon 64 X2
-M2N-SLI Deluxe
-HX750w Corsair
-Radeon HD 4870
-Crucial Ballistix 4GB of ram
-Standard HDD (forgot the exact specs)
-ABS Stealth Case (Silver Aluminum ATX Mid Tower)
-Ubuntu 14

Have you tried to reset CMOS yet? It is likely that the board died.

I just did that, still no beeps whatsoever. :( Anyone think this might be a dead mobo? Also does anyone know if this board comes with built in speakers so i can hear the beeps or do i have to hook the speakers up to the mobo in order to hear the beeps?

Typically, there are speaker pins that a speaker should be plugged in to. They are typically in the same area where the case switches and LED's plug in. A typical plug in mobo speaker:
Yeap!
