No video after overclocking

My computer has been working for a while until I started to mess with overclocking. I have a:

AMD X2 3600+ Windsor

MSI K9N4 Ultra-F

After I did a tiny overclock via a program in Windows, I rebooted and got nothing. No video, computer starts, keyboard flashes. I tried resetting the CMOS. Now I have noticed that the CPU fan will spin down after 15-20 seconds.

Any ideas?
