No video after overclock with K8N Neo4 Platinum and AMD 64 3000+

First, here are my specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester w/ stock heatsink
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
BFG 6600 GT OC PCIe
OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB (2 x 512MB)
OCZ Modstream 400w power supply

Ok, so I have the latest official bios and all; I go into the bios and start experimenting. It seems that this thing doesn't want to overclock much! I know that not all processors overclock the same, but something seems wrong here.

I can overclock to around 215 FSB at 4x HT Frequency (multiplier at x9) but anything above that (mainly 215 FSB and up) doesn't work. It just refuses to post. There is no video on boot when I try 215+ FSB. I can hear the hard drive start to spin, cdrom lights up but there is no beep and my monitor just stays in stand by. I know its not a heat problem, everything is running at decent temps.

Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks in advance!

make sure you use the pci locks. not sure about nf4 boards but i know that only the 3 and 4 sata ports of nf3 chipsets are locked. it could be something besides the sata controller being affected by high fsb. just use the locks
