No Verizon Wireless coverage in San Francisco?

My sister is on a trip to San Francisco but she's been without any service the whole trip. I would have thought there would be coverage in any major city in the US.

Ive got Verizon, and I get 4-5 bars everywhere as long as Im not inside a building. And sometimes even then.

Verizon has the best coverage in the bay. I think the problem is with the end user.

Everybody says Verizon is good in the bay area....well let me tell you this. I get like 1 bar and frequently dropped calls at my home, at the grocery store, and at work. The three places I actually use my phone. And no I don't live in the sticks, I live in a highly populated area....yuppie even. If I can't use it there I might as not well not have one. Fvckin' Verizon!
