Got over my fear of vcore for now. Just wanted to see what my chip would do if I gave it a hard kick in the ballz!

Insane voltage gets insane speeds! I was more worried about blowing the caps off my motherboard than popping the CPU :)

Once I submit the above results to HWBot I'll have the worlds fastes 2550K so far :D

More details would be nice, with pics of the actual setup. What kinda cooling are you using? Congrats on an amazing achievement sir!

Rig in sig! My rig is water cooled. At these speeds one only does minor things like the above runs. Temps did hit the 50's during the runs :)

Nothing special on the water cooling. Pretty basic compared to most rigs under water. Looks like this....But photo is old and doesn't show current motherboard

Looks very nice.

Have you considered running it open case, or putting the radiators outside of the case?

post some prime temp pics. Probably 70s or 80s at 1700mv if its 50s on pi runs
