NO tv-out cable with PNY Geforce3 ti-200!?!?!?!?

I just got my PNY geforece3 ti-200...
Awesome overclocker... but i just stopped at 200/460 (default Geforce3) and left it there since everything was running fine.
HOWEVER it did not come with an s-video out cable!?@!?@!?
I tried to look for it Radio Shack and it turns out i needed to buy at least $50 worht of stuff to make it work on my tv (s-video- to composite, composite-composite to connect to an RF converter, an rf converter, and coax cables)
WTF???
I looked at PNY website if they sold one of these cables and no luck. I looked everywhere on the net but no luck??#$?#?
Where can i find one for cheap?????? i wanna watch my movies on my 25" Tv...jesus
 
lol, I like how this thread got one response here in an hour and a half and over a dozen in OT in about 30 minutes. I know where I'm going with my next computer problem. 😀
