More strangeness. Yesterday, I had a full screen of "Computation Error" on MW@H.
Today, I've got WUs, that are taking 1:10:23 to compute. What gives? Has my GPU given up the ghost?
Or have MW@H WUs just suddenly gone from taking 0:00:13 to 1:10:23?
Task Manager shows "milkyway_1.42_windows_x86_64__opencl_ati_101.exe" running, taking up 28% CPU, on my G4400 @ 4.45Ghz, Windows 10 1607 64-bit.
WU that completed in 01:10:23 is "de_modfit_fast_19_3s_136_bundle5_ModfitConstraints3_4_xxxxxx_xxxxx_0"
Edit: Shut down completely and rebooted, in case something got screwy with the GPU. Still, tasks moving VERY slowly. I keep GPU-Z (newest version) open on the Sensors tab, to monitor load and temps. GPU is barely getting warm, shows idle clocks, with occasional bursts of full speed, but those could be due to my web browsing.
What gives? Some recent update to Win10, hose my AMD GPU / OpenCL drivers?
Edit: Crimson Control Panel, says OpenCL driver 6.14.10.14008. Crimson 16.6?
Edit: I installed "non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.11.3-nov8.exe" from AMD's web site, and when I check the Crimson control panel for Software, it says OpenCL version is 21.19.160.769.
But my MW@H tasks aren't flying by like they used to. GPU clocks are still mostly at idle.
Edit: Overdrive says temp is 40C, fan is at 30%. So the fan's not dead, and it's not overheating. Just not being utilized. Weird.
