No suspend model on soyo dragon in win2k please help!!!

i just built my system !!! 1.4 athlon, 1.0 gb ram, 150 gb hd, and NO suspend... i enabled it in the bios but still no options for it... i was wonder if a updated bios would do but some ppl say that it disables some options... can anybody tell me what those options are??? please help... and the computer starts with 3 beeps (in raid 0) the computer beep once no video... twice quicker.... then boots... is that normal??? please help....
