Hello again,
This is a repost from general hardware section as I did not know into which category this problem falls.
Just uninstalled ATI TV Wonder and installed Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP and I have no sound when TV or FM programs are launched. (See system specs for Big Bertha in sig)
There was sound when I played a DivX file with it though!
I already checked the line in volume and connection, they are OK.
When following the instructions to load drivers in WinXP, it was suposed to be a five step operation with WinXP "New Hardware Wizard" prompting for each driver, but after the third driver install the WinXP "New Hardware Wizard" told me that the new device was ready for use therefor not going to steps 4 and 5.
Any ideas or thoughts?

EDIT. Problem solved. Turns out I connected the audio line out from the tv tuner wrong 😱
