I've already installed the Creative SB LIVE driverpack for WINXP and have also passed the Drivers test; however, i am still not getting any sound. Before i installed the new driverpack, I did get a signal from my ADS 2000 receiver, which controlls the 5 speakers and 1 bass, showing that it was receiving the data from my computer, but after i installed the new drivers i'm not getting nutin'.
Alright i believe my problem lies in the connections. These are the cords that i have: a Coaxial cord (orange one, which is spdif), a rca cord = the white and red which connects to the input on the reciever and it has one analog end that connects to the output from the soundcard, another one is a coaxial end with an analog end. I am just confused on where to put what.
Any suggestions? Oh yea, this setup has worked 3 months ago, then i disconnected my speakers because i moved, and i'm at college now trying to figure out how to do it again. It worked on WINXP, yes.
Thanks.
Much appreciated,
Ben
