no sound from right channel speaker

i have audigy 2 and i plug it to my home theater system so sound from computer heard on the home theater speaker but problem is there's no sound from right channel speaker. wats wrong here?? the soundcard is brand new.
 
Did you double check all your wiring? Double check to make sure the speaker jack in plugged in correctly/all the way in? Check the Sound applet in Control Panel to make sure the slider bar for Left/Right is centered not to the left?

 
Have you tried plugging regular computer speakers into your sound card? If they work fine then it is likely the connection between your sound card and your sound system. Are you plugging a stereo out to the "left"input to your sound system?
