No sound from rear speakers.

Just hooked up my logitech z560's. When I am listening to music I can hear sounds out of the rear speakers. However, when I go into the Creative Mixer (sb audugy) and put it on 4 speaker setting and hit the "test" button, it only sounds front LEft and Right. I can see the little icon for the rear left and right light up but get no sound. Does that mean something isn't congiured correctly?

Did you go into the windows sound settings in the control panel and set the sound to quad or surround setting?

IT worked for mine. Thanks.
Are there any good sound "tests" or whatever within all this creative software (or some other software) to show the full potential of the speakers?
Also, where on my hd is the creative .wav file located that starts when I start windows?

thanks.
