No small 4-pin plug??

I'm hooking up my floppy but I've got a little problem, there's no small 4-pin power cable coming out of my PSU. What do I do? Also, my motherboard came with 2 IDE cables, one says Floppy and one says HDD. My hard drive didn't connect with IDE though, it was SATA, but my CD drive does. Can I use the IDE cable that is supposed to be for my hard drive for my CD drive?

Yes you can use the ide cable for your CD drive.
You can buy a connector for your power supply to change one of the current outputs to a style that can be used for you floppy. Or you could buy a USB floppy drive.

If one cable says "floppy", it is not an ide cable. It is a 36 pin floppy cable. What psu is it? Can't remember seeing one without the floppy connector.

Me either...I have never seen a ATX power supply without a 4pin floppy power connector on in...otherwise..you can buy a 4 pin molex to 4 pin floppy adapter cable. like this little puppy.
