Is it bad to stay up all night, say, 2 or 3 times a week? It isn't going to shorten my life or anything is it? Just curious .. I don't know anyone who does that ...

Gottlieb urged the public not to jump to conclusions, as the study simply shows an association; it does not prove cause and effect.
