No SEND button when sending to or replying to private message

Today i noticed that if i try to send or reply to a private message there is no send button to send the message..


EDIT: If i hit the tab button a few times i can see the send button. For some reason the popup window is not sized to show everything but i can't expand the popup window, i have to hit tab.

It's IE 7 on vista at 2560x1600

Using IE7 on XP @1280


The Send button appears on the left side just under the text entry box.
