Solved! No program association

Win 7 Pro SP1
Right click on Computer
Select Manage (has Admin icon next to it)
Get error message C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\Computer Management.lnk
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.

In Control Panel Set Associations the .lnk entry says Shortcut and Unknown application for Current Default.
I have no problem clicking icons on my desktop.

I just checked another Win 7 machine. It has the same Unknown Application but the right click on Computer works.

What gives?

Search for "MS Fixit Windows 10 Shell Associations".

Everything says it is Win 10. Safe on Win 7?

Fixed. I updated to Win 10 over Win 7. Went well.
