somehow I doubt we're going to see much on a GC - they're already down to $99.

sadly that was free on the xbox from the start, so not a hot deal;)

i doubt prices will drop. All companies stated that they would continue to sell the systems well into next year. Basically each company will give you 2 options
1) Low budget game console $100 - $150
2) High budget next gen game console $300-$400

Makes sense to me from a business standpoint. Why lower the prices. I'm mean to a consumer who doesn't have a lot of disposable income $350-$400 is alot compared to a $150 system
