Well the word is out. Calif.legislators have exempted them selves from rolling blackouts in Sacremento state capitol building. And are now moving refrigerators and cots into their offices in anticapation of heavy blackouts this summer. They'r converting their offices to living quarters. So this is how are elected officals are dealing with the power crisis. Think about that when you have no power for your computer or frig.in California. Starting to feel a little thermal emision yet????
