Fans spin up, no error beeps and no video. Tried: new video card, RAM (it has 2 sticks) in different DIMMs, one at a time, disconnected CDRW, DVD, Floppy, ZIP and HDD. Took out NIC and Sound Card. Took mobo out of case and tried just RAM (which I had tested and it is good) and 2 different video cards. No difference. Reset CMOS numerous times. I won't have a chance to try another CPU until Friday. I am guessing CPU or mobo. Did I miss something?
Gigabyte GA7DXR, AMD 1.33, Win98SE, 2 X 256 PC2100.

Do you have an extra PCI card that you can try booting with? Or did you already try it with a PCI card? I know its a long shot but I have found that on some mobos you have enable the AGP through the BIOS.

Machine was running for last 10 months. This just started happening. I didn't try a PCI card but I will right now.
EDIT
Reset CMOS, tried PCI card, no joy. I forgot to mention that when it first start it I hear a fast clicking, lasting less than 1 second from the speaker. It is barely audible.

Tried new power supply and CPU. Still no POST or error beeps. Contaced Gigabyte for an RMA.
