No POST, :(

I cant get my computer to post. I will test all the parts in a second computer (I think I may have damaged the MoBo). heres what happens, I hit the power button, I hear a very brief fan spin up, and then nothing. 2 lights are on, a red one and a grean one. The Board is a Nforce2.
