i have a
MSI K8N NEO4 Plantium/SLI mobo
AMD 3200+ 939
1GB Ram
ATI x700 Video Card

when i put it all together i get no picture, or beeps.
the MSI D-Bracket lit a D-LED which means that the CPU is Damaged or Not intalled correctly.
I am 98% sure that the cpu is installed correctly and is not damaged... should i request an RMA for the MOBO?

Thx

How do you know the CPU is not bad? Have you tested in another computer? Do you anyone with a compatible MB that you can test your CPU with?

Before doing that reset the CMOS. Follow the directions in the manual to the letter. Used to be just moving a jumper got the job done. Now, many manufacturers want the power disconnected and/or the batery removed also.
