Ok, guys this is killing me.

Let me start by telling you the specs, even though they're in my sig.
Asus P5N-D Motherboard
Core2Quad q9300 CPU
2x2 GB DDR2 800mhz memory, 1.9v at 5-5-5-18 timing
MSI 8800 GT 512mb DDR3, 660 mhz core clock
500gb SATA hdd
X-Power 585 PSU
Sony DVD burner

Ok... originally I got this and I had an MSI 750i P7N SLI Platinum, but I've since exchanged that and gotten the Asus. After I ordered all the parts from newegg and put them together, I got fans to spin, no display, no beep none of that good stuff. Eventually, one time it randomly worked, displayed an "OVERCLOCKING FAILED" error, and I proceeded to install windows 64 bit Home Premium Vista. Sorry those words are all in the wrong order. Anyway, when it restarted from the install it wouldn't work again like it wouldn't the first time. It turned out that that motherboard would only accept a minimum AND maximum voltage of 1.8v on the RAM to boot stably, anything else was considered overclock. So I tried to go into the BIOS to underclock the memory. Anyway, this appeared to work for a short time until I attempted to install 64 bit drivers, which somehow made windows unable to boot, which wouldn't fix even if I formatted and reset the CMOS. So I got fed up and said " you know what? this motherboard is way more trouble than it's worth." I had it exchanged at newegg and newegg has great customer service, I might add.

During that ordeal, I had put other memory into my computer, put my memory into another computer, and tried it on several BIOS settings. I figured the motherboard would fix it no problem.

When the Asus P5N-D came I got it hooked up I got nothing. I don't know anyone who has a socket 775 cpu I can troubleshoot with. I've troubleshot the RAM and replaced the motherboard. I bought another PSU to troubleshoot with, and I got nothing. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks a bunch for even reading through all of this. I'd really appreciate any help.
