no post msi KT6V

hey I probably going to RMA the board but any got any ideas on the no post. The fans turn but thats it. The diagnostic lights, acording to the manual, say the processor has been damaged or not functional. I tested the processor in another board after the kt6v no post and that board booted fine. I also tried different RAM modules.

I agree with RMAing it since the diag LEDs show defective cpu (when you know it's OK)
